WHAT IS DIGITAL PLANNING?
Digital planning is just like a traditional paper planning. The only difference is that it doesn't use paper and doesn't take up extra space. Usually such planners are files in PDF format with additional functions such as hyperlinks that help in navigating thru the digital planner pages. These files are imported into note taking apps that allow you to make use of the built-in interactivity.

WHAT DO I NEED TO START?
For digital planning, you will need an iPad or a tablet with a stylus. These are the main tools needed to use such digital files. Additionally, you will need an application that supports pdf files and allows you to take full advantage of all the features (like GoodNotes 5, Notability etc.) It will also be very useful to know shortcuts and the general functions of the selected application. My planners were tested on GoodNotes app which I highly recommend.

CAN I USE YOUR PLANNERS ON IPHONE/MAC?
My planners are designed to be best used with the iPad and Apple Pencil. Of course, you can still edit and view the file on your phone or Mac using a dedicated application, such as GoodNotes 5. But I suggest to stay with an iPad with a stylus for full experience :)

WHAT APPS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR USING YOUR DIGITAL FILES?
APPLE: GoodNotes 5, Notability, Colla Note
ANDROID: Noteshelf, Xodo
All my planners are not compatible with Windows system, OneNote and Evernote.

CAN I USE IT ON MY ANDROID DEVICE?
All my digital planners are designed to be best used on any PDF friendly app. So if you have such app available to your device - there should be no problem! You can still use it by using Android pdf friendly note taking applications such as Noteshelf.

WILL THE PLANNER SYNC WITH GOOGLE CALENDAR OR OTHER CALENDAR APPS?
No. The planners in which you have to manually input your entries by writing them in or typing do not synchronize with other apps.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE FILES THAT I PURCHASED?
After order confirmation, you will receive all the purchased files to the email address provided when placing the order. So please make sure you use correct one and there is no typo. Of course if you will have any issues please contact me directly.

WHAT TO DO WHEN I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS?
Such situations can happen. Usually, when the given e-mail address has errors or your e-mail box is full. In this case, please contact me via Contact Form so I can double check your order.

TROUBLESHOOTING

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE DOWNLOADED FILES?
The ready to download file will be sent to you by e-mail provided while checkout. Please note that each file is zipped (.ZIP) and must be unpacked before use.
If you have any problems installing the file, please try to restart the application and your device first. Make sure your app is also updated. If you still have any problems please contact me so I will help you install the files :)

HOW TO INSTALL THE FONT?
Detailed instructions on how to install the font are included with the purchased font.

HOW TO USE HYPERLINKS?/MY HYPERLINKS ARE NOT WORKING!
If your links don't work, it's only because hyperlinks in Goodnotes 5 works when READ ONLY MODE is on. To enter Read-Only mode, simply tap the Pen icon in the top right hand corner and both the Nav Bar/Tool Bar will disappear.

LAGGING/SOME LINKS NOT WORKING
Unfortunately, this is beyond my control. Very often the files uploaded to the application depend on its operation. Therefore, try to update your apps regularly. Remember not to accidentally delete pages that contain hyperlinks and do not change the order of such pages. This may cause them to break and you will have to upload the whole planner once again.

I FOUND A TYPO/HYPERLIK ERROR
Despite many hours of checking all the pages and all hyperlinks in the planner, it may happen that I missed something. I will be grateful if you can let me know as soon as you notice something like this!

SHIPPING

WILL A PHYSICAL ITEM BE SHIPPED?
No. These are digital files and do not require physical shipping. After confirming the order, you will receive a link to download all the files.

REFUNDS

DO YOU ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS?
No, digital files due to its nature cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
